I'm setting up a prototype for my first Spiceworks-based helpdesk. One thing I'm struggling with is the appropriate option for posting articles on our User Portal for my users to read.- There's the Articles feature, but it sounds like it's deprecated in favour of the Knowledge Base.- The Knowledge Base looks like it's aimed more at admins than at users, and - crucially - allows comments, which (as far as I can tell) I can't moderate. This isn't a good option for a user-facing KB.- I stumbled across Jason35781's Lightbox Portal KB plugin, but it looks like it's built on top of the Articles feature, which is, again, deprecated. Can anyone offer any guidance here?
